The plan is mainly an outline for healthy living. Everyone is on a different level of health in their life. The method consists of a structure to help change your lifestyle, routine and mindset. The primary goal of the project is to not only be physically healthy but mentally and spiritually. Usually, we decide to change our eating habits or start to exercise because we want to lose weight. These impulses cause us to follow quick diet trends and do activities we don’t enjoy.
The funny thing for me is as soon as I hear diet, I can’t stop thinking about food. In this plan, we will go through five elements for changing your daily habits and living a healthy lifestyle. We call this the Big Five.
The plan will give you a steady basis to provide energy to your body. Enrich your mind and fill your heart. You can adapt the program accordingly and use it to suit you and your lifestyle.
Being healthy is the result of having faith and admitting God is part of your life. If you treat your body and mind the way God has asked you to, the result will amaze you. The aim is to rely on the strength that comes from Him. Spiritual Wellbeing is the ultimate basis that you want to focus your habits and perspectives. Having faith will guide you to healing your life in every other element. The fun thing about this plan is you can eat whatever you want. As long as you follow one simple rule, all food has to be natural, made with fresh ingredients. Everything that God has given us if it grows you can eat it.
The grace-filled plate is an inspiring blog with great recipes and a no-diet approach but more focused on healthy habits.
If it is processed and made in a factory, don’t. We want to eat food that had a short road to follow to get to our plate. In fact the quicker the path, the better the food.
Processed food makes us tired; it drains our energy. If we want to live a healthy lifestyle, we should eat foods that are natural, not processed and given to us by God.

A hundred affections is a beautiful blog by Kate, She has some amazing recipes on her blog, here is just two that I am definitely taking on.
Some of my favorite things are oats and dates. Stephanie at Read cook devour has an easy make it the night before Paleo oats recipe that is so convenient for a busy life. And remember never skip your breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
I love dates, it’s like having candy without the guilt. What better then than Date Truffles. I’m so glad I found this recipe from Holy and healthy living. I will be making these this weekend.
When deciding on a fitness plan, think about a movement that you enjoy. When we usually start an exercise program, I believe that we do it too fast and we do what everyone else does. Shift the focus and find something you love doing, the challenge is to combine fitness and prayer. When taking a breather or even while you busy with your exercises, pray. You will be amazed at the result. I don’t particularly like running, but I have decided to run just for 30 minutes in the morning. What I do enjoy though is the fresh outdoors early in the morning and seeing a different sunrise every day. When I don’t feel up to it, it is my prayer that gets me going again. Whatever you decide to do it at a pace that suits you and take small steps to a fitter you.Healthy Focus
The most significant sabotage when trying to live a healthy life is our brain. If your mindset is positive and in the right place, you will be a happy, healthier person. When your mindset is positive, you will also be able to make better choices and discipline yourself. Our own biggest enemy is our brain, and that is where focus comes in. We require our mind to motivate and renew our thoughts. We have to manage to focus our thoughts and be thankful, pure and honest.

Our Bible tells us to love each other, encourage each other, support each other. We all need friends, invite a friend to join you in changing your lifestyle. Research shows that people who exercise together lose twice as much weight than individuals who exercise alone. Friends are your secret ingredient when wanting a healthy way of life.
